Fely and
the Academy

Fely Eguia is a licensed esthetician with a title of a Royal Artist in all forms of Permanent Makeup and esthetic services such as Nano Blading, Nano Brows, Ombre Powder Brows, Combo Brows, and tattoo removal.

She started her journey all the way back in 2016. where she enrolled in a Permanent Makeup training course. Not being satisfied with her training and the amount of knowledge she obtained, she sought a bigger challenge and one name came up. In 2017. She started the training at Phi Academy, where she was professionally trained by the most prestigious Permanent Makeup artist in the industry.

Fely has always been very passionate about the constant improvement of her beautifying skills and also extremely motivated to learn as much as she can, that’s why she obtained the title of Phi Artist in a short period of time.

Also being noticeably talented and a fast learner, helped her get a chance to become an Assistant at the Phi Academy. Working closely with clients and practicing whenever she can, led to her title of Royal Artist at the Phi Academy in the same year. Working as a Master Assistant for a year allowed her to gain trainer abilities and confidence in her work.
Her next goal was pursuing her Mastership in which she succeeded in 2018. She worked hard, traveled, recorded training videos, and all that helped her obtain the title of a PhiBrows Master and a Bold Brows Master. Her Mastership was just an additional motivation for her to grow as an artist and to pass on her knowledge. As a result, she left Phi Academy and decided to pursue her own career. Fely founded her studio 2018 and training facility, called Royal Strokes Academy in December of 2019.
Taught by her previous experiences, especially at the very beginning of her career, she wanted to have a completely different approach with her students and change the industry. What sets Royal Strokes Academy apart is the connection and the individual approach they share with every student. Her goal is for every student of Royal Strokes Academy to feel confident with their abilities and to, most importantly, feel the support that Fely and her team relentlessly give. Besides the amazing training that Fely and her team hold, she is very much involved in the progress of her students by having a Support Mentorship Group where she always checks up on them and shares advice and experiences from her own path. She wants her students to get a mindset that everything is achievable and that every student has their own path, so they just have to be focused on their work and their self-improvement.
Support Mentorship Group is an excellent way for students to meet better and to share their works and also be in constant communication with Fely. Her ambition is to provide the best training possible and pass on everything she learned on her way. Her biggest reward is seeing her students succeed and growing into amazing artists.

The way she wants to change the industry is by making the training courses at Royal Strokes Academy more approachable. That’s why training courses at Royal Strokes Academy consist of a combination of techniques. Since not every training is good for every type of skin, Fely made a combination of a couple of techniques that each cover a certain skin type making an overall training suitable for every skin type. At Royal Strokes Academy you can attend one training and gain skills for multiple techniques. She wants her students to get the training they deserve and have paid, she wants it done the right way. At the end of the day, they are her greatest achievement.
